Job Objectives

The successful candidate will be responsible for devising and implementing productive & efficient sales & marketing strategies and plans; analyzing customer requirements to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is being achieved while meeting sales targets.

Key Functions and Duties


• Develop and maintain sound business relations with customers by providing support information on the company’s products and services; when necessary, refer customer to resource personnel regarding:
• Product development and samples • Implement and manage sales promotion via social media, email, etc
• Customer queries
• Customer complaints
• Grow sales by identifying new business prospects, evaluation their position in the industry
• Research & analyze sales options
• Assist in developing and organizing promotional presentations and other promotion related activities
• Maintain confidential customer files
• Take notes and prepare minutes of Sales Team Meetings monthly
• Administer customer surveys annually and otherwise as required
• Schedule and coordinate customer visits
• Assist with organizing scheduled deliveries as per region
• Assist with following up on collections
• Attend and actively participate in monthly Sales & R&D Meetings
• Prepare weekly reports for submission to CEO
• Any other duties that may be assigned in accordance with the role and function.

Required Qualifications:

Associate Degree in Business or equivalent

Required Experience:

•A minimum of two year’ working experience in a similar position
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Presentation skills
• Motivation for sales
• Ability to maintain accurate and timely records
• Administrative skills
• Ability to multitask
• Good judgement and decision making; critical thinking
• Excellent & effective communication skills (verbal and written)
